In addition to cookies, the Service stores some information directly in your browser's local storage and IndexedDB, including: your cookie-consent choice, analytics state (if you accepted analytics cookies), display preferences, in-progress onboarding and intake answers, and, for monitors, your time-zone setting, your recent and upcoming visits (their date, time, status and case reference, and the names and roles of the people attending), copies of the notes already uploaded for visits you have opened, visit notes and photos not yet uploaded (including a note you are still typing), visit start and end times not yet uploaded, and a temporary offline queue of visit location points awaiting upload when route capture is enabled. Notes, photos, start and end times and location points that are waiting to be uploaded stay on your device until they are uploaded or cleared, including after you sign out. Your saved visits are downloaded to your device and, with the copies of uploaded notes, your time-zone setting and any note you are still typing, are removed from it when you sign out. The Service's own files (its pages, scripts and styles, which contain nothing personal) are also kept on your device so that it can open without a connection. All of this can be removed by clearing the site's data in your browser.

Error monitoring and session replay. To help us detect and fix problems, our error-monitoring provider (Sentry) may record a limited, sampled replay of your session using your browser's session storage (not cookies). All text and form inputs are masked and images and other media are blocked, so the content you view and enter is not captured. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we use monitoring data.
