Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about FamilyBridge.

How do I get started?

Sign up and you get a free 14-day trial of the full platform — no credit card required. Create cases, run visits, take real-time notes, and generate AI court reports immediately. When the trial ends, subscribe for $99/month to keep working; your records stay accessible either way.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Go to Settings, open the Subscription card, and click “Manage Subscription” to cancel through the secure Stripe billing portal. You keep access through the end of your billing period.

What happens to my records if the trial ends or I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. Your cases, visits, notes, and finalized reports stay readable — the account becomes read-only, so creating and editing is paused until you subscribe again. You can export your cases, parties, visits, documents, agreements, invoices, and reports to CSV from Settings at any time, and finalized reports download as PDFs. Court records outlive subscriptions, so we do not hold them hostage.

Where can I find my invoices?

Your FamilyBridge subscription receipts are available through the Stripe billing portal (Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription). Invoices you send to your clients live under Invoices in your workspace.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe.

Does FamilyBridge fill out court forms?

For California, yes: monitors whose practice state is California can generate the Judicial Council FL-324(P), Declaration of Supervised Visitation Provider (Professional), from a case or a report — filled from what you have already recorded on the case, with copies-sent taken from your send log. Anything FamilyBridge cannot verify prints blank rather than guessed, because you sign the declaration under penalty of perjury. Reports themselves are jurisdiction-neutral and work anywhere.

Is there more than one plan?

No — one plan with every feature included: $99/month, or $948/year (about 20% off). You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time.
