Our terms and conditions
Last Updated: June 11, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Overman Labs LLC, doing business as FamilyBridge ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the FamilyBridge platform, including our website, progressive web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
FamilyBridge is a supervised visitation management platform designed for professional visitation monitors, agencies, and court-appointed supervisors. The Service provides:
The Service is intended for use by licensed or certified visitation professionals and is not intended for direct use by parties involved in custody matters.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and are a professional engaged in supervised visitation services or authorized by such a professional.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to:
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service; no payment method is required during the trial. Continued use of the Service after the trial requires a paid subscription: our Professional plan is priced at $99 per month billed monthly, or $948 per year billed annually. After your trial or subscription expires, your account becomes read-only — your existing records remain accessible to you. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Invoice payments processed through our integrated payment system are subject to a 2.5% transaction fee. This fee is deducted from payments collected on your behalf.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing interval you select. Payments are processed through Stripe, and you authorize us to charge your designated payment method.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.
You retain ownership of all data, content, and materials you upload to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process Your Data solely to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all visit reports, case information, and other data entered into the Service. Reports generated through the Service reflect information you provide.
We retain Your Data for as long as your account exists, including after your trial or subscription ends, when your account becomes read-only and Your Data remains stored and accessible to you. You may export Your Data at any time through the Service, and you may request deletion of your account and data as described in our Privacy Policy. Certain data may be retained after deletion where required to comply with legal obligations.
The Service includes AI-assisted report generation features. These features are designed to help you draft professional reports but do not replace your professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAMILYBRIDGE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT REPORTS GENERATED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCEPTED BY ANY COURT OR LEGAL AUTHORITY. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
If you cancel your subscription or your trial or subscription expires, your account becomes read-only as described in Section 5.1: your existing records remain stored and accessible to you, and you may export Your Data at any time through the Service. If we terminate your access for cause under Section 10.2, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; you may request export of Your Data within 30 days of such termination.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@familybridge.ai to attempt informal resolution.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the decision shall be final and binding.
You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
