One case file. Everything in it.

Everything a case needs, in one place

Guided case intake wizard

A five-step wizard walks you through case info, parents, children, an optional court-document upload, and review — with drafts auto-saved for 24 hours. In a hurry? Quick-create a case with just a title.

Case Readiness Checklist

The Overview tab tracks what every new case needs — parties added, intake received, court order uploaded, agreement signed — and deep-links you to each step. When the case is ready, the checklist gets out of your way.

Seven organized tabs

Overview, Parties, Documents, Agreements, Visits, Invoices, and Reports. Everything attached to a case is one click away — no digging through folders or inboxes.

Court-ready case history

Every intake, party change, agreement, document, visit, invoice, and report is logged with a timestamp. Filter by action type or actor, and export to CSV or PDF for records requests.

Documents with attribution

Every file shows who uploaded it — a parent badge or your own — across every upload path, including parent intake uploads. Filter by type, search, and download through secure links.

Your terminology

Label parents your way — Residential/Visiting Parent, Parent 1/2, Petitioner/Respondent, or custom labels — and your choice flows through the app, emails, and PDFs.

From new referral to running case

1

Create the case

Use the guided wizard for a complete setup, or quick-create with a title and fill in the rest later.

2

Send intake links

Each parent gets a secure emailed link — no accounts, no paper packets. Responses land on the case automatically.

3

Watch the checklist complete itself

As intakes arrive, documents upload, and agreements get signed, the readiness checklist checks itself off.

4

Run visits and stay organized

Visits, notes, invoices, and reports file themselves under the case — with every event in the case history.

Common questions

No. Parents never need accounts and never log in. They interact only through secure emailed links — intake questionnaires, agreement signing, invoice payment, and report viewing — while the case file stays yours.

Yes. The full case history — every timestamped event, filterable by action type and actor — exports to CSV or PDF.

They appear on the case Documents tab automatically, tagged with the parent’s badge and name, so you always know who provided what.

You’re in control. A case starts as Initiated, and you set its status — Intake, Screening, Active, Suspended, Terminated, Inactive, or Archived — to whatever fits where the case actually stands. There’s no forced progression or required order, so you’re never boxed into a rigid workflow.

It works even better together

Case Management is one piece of a workflow that runs from intake to court-ready report.
